I would only use The Plumber Guy for my home plumbing needs. They do excellent work and kept me informed at all stages of the process and the job was done correctly. My service tech. Daniel was professional , thoughtful and courteous and knew what he was doing. Their appointment reminder system was excellent and when I did call, my call was answered by a real person.
Very prompt and thorough service. Quickly resolved the issue. Looking forward to using them again!!
I learned that this company took advantage of my elderly parents who reside in Surprise. They charged over $1000 to fix a kitchen faucet that was leaking. This company and its business practices are shameful.
I called a couple of other places to help us resolve the issue we've been having and they either didn't seem willing to help or didn't they knew how. We at least needed a plumber to come and assess the situation. This was the only place I called that seemed willing and knowledgeable to at least come out and see what the issue is. They even got me on the schedule for the very next day. The tech that came was on time, professional, honest and even gave us an expert answer.
