Ben arrived on time to quote a gal pipe replacement in a confined roof space, in appalling weather conditions .In the dark! I did not hire him due to a misunderstanding on my part. His quote for the quantum of works was quite reasonable. The I offered to compensate him for the prompt attendance ,he politely declined! A true gentleman & obviously a very decent fellow!
