Loved my experience! I've never been waxed professionally, so I leading up to me going, I was nervous, nearly canceled. I'm glad I didn't! Davalyn made me feel safe and comfortable, explained what she was doing at each step. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, music playing is a great touch. Extremely welcoming and relaxing atmosphere! I came here on a friends recommendation and I can say with confidence that I will be returning here every month!
Visited here for the first time on September 30th. Was very impressed immediately upon entering. The lobby is very warm and inviting. My appointment was with Davalyn. She greeted me at the door and took me to my room. Thank God the room was also very clean and nicely decorated as well. Davalyn went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, and the customer service was truly top-tier, professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. When I tell you I cannot recommend this place enough, I mean it. I’ve NEVER had such a wonderful experience at a waxing salon in my life. I feel smoother than ever days later, and the experience in and of itself was whatever the waxing studio equivalent of Michelin Star is.
