Recently sold, the building itself is older style but well built, and noticeably better soundproofing than a lot of the newer stock nearby. It’s generally quiet, and there’s a high proportion of owner-occupiers which gives it a more settled feel. From an investment perspective, returns were low. Rental growth didn’t keep pace with some of the newer developments in the area and the cleaniliness and landscaping isn't great.
The old and new management in this building are completely incompetent, which I would forgive, however they are also rude which adds insult to injury. If you can avoid staying here, I recommend you do.
Terrible Experience! I was locked out of my apartment during regular reception hours, and to my shock, the reception demanded an outrageous $120 fee to open the door! What's worse, this fee was nowhere mentioned in the rental contract. When I politely asked for paper documentation to confirm this charge, I was blatantly refused. The lady at the front desk, with short hair, was extremely rude and dismissive, treating me like I was trying to scam them rather than a tenant asking for basic service.
