The old and new management in this building are completely incompetent, which I would forgive, however they are also rude which adds insult to injury. If you can avoid staying here, I recommend you do.
Terrible Experience! I was locked out of my apartment during regular reception hours, and to my shock, the reception demanded an outrageous $120 fee to open the door! What's worse, this fee was nowhere mentioned in the rental contract. When I politely asked for paper documentation to confirm this charge, I was blatantly refused. The lady at the front desk, with short hair, was extremely rude and dismissive, treating me like I was trying to scam them rather than a tenant asking for basic service. The property management from Fampac is disgusting, and their customer service is arrogant and rude.
Thank you for arranging the contractor to repair the air conditioner. I understand it's been difficult to find a technician recently. Fampac did a great job.
