We had such a great stay -staff member Cynthia went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend and definitely would come back! Great location too.
Bit average with no daily linen service and at checkin late arvo, room still being cleaned. Fridge needed a clean and pillows all huge, no firm or smaller options.
Made a reservation to stay for work. The Plaza contacted me to let me know that they no longer had a room available.
We had a lovely 2 night stay at Hotel Plaza There was one thing that let them down We were quoted a price per night when we checked in After checking out I noticed we had been charged an extra $50 + We queried the difference and they mentioned that the price per night varies plus a surcharge paying by credit card We requested if the difference could be credited back, unfortunately they weren't willing to Very dissapointed
