I bought a condo here and moved in 7/2022. I moved forward with the purchase quicker than I should I have because it was close to my job, my relator was cool and recommend it and because it had cool tennis courts on top of the garage. The monthly HOA is not worth the money, management and the board are lazy losers and overall I feel like I made mistake rushing into this investment. I would like to say that living here used to be enjoyable, this has changed. The new board + management have lost sight of what made our community great. You can see this by how many units are for sale (mine included). Holes in walls, everyone getting letters for Random “violations” because they are going broke, landscaping is a joke, we always have a new cleaning crew as well. Make it all make sense.
I just walked the entry and figure it was really impressive
