My husband and I have been here for a little over 3 years now, and it is still as fantastic as the first day that we moved in. The leasing staff is always so helpful and supportive. Jordan does an amazing job with keeping tenants happy with monthly events and super responsive. Darwin and Alberto are the maintenance team here and they are wonderful and prompt. Scam. About to begin legal proceedings against Jordan Drexler and Maxus Properties. Jordan Drexler, Makala Blackwell, and Stacey Burlington are all very unprofessional and unhelpful. Was even told by Stacey Burlington that it’s basically not their problem that we were broken into on their property. They are illegally trying to charge over $3000 for “not letting them know” that we are moving out at the date listed on our contract, which is beyond laughable, as you’d think that is the point of a contract lease.
