The Plaza has been through some changes over the years but there’s always room for improvement at this location. Especially with in the Melrose area in general. The apartments complexes surrounding the subdivision have fallen down significantly. It was recovering in 2005. Redeveloping units up-to 2018. Nowadays it is starting to look like a ghetto ghost town. The things I saw was so disturbing that I couldn’t bring myself to take pictures or video to post them here.
