5 STARS! Attentive bartender - timely, acknowledged us right when we sat down @bar, and checked back enough to make sure we had everything. Great food - I got the house salad with ranch and I added grilled chicken; friend got burger and fries. Food tasted great and the presentation of the salad was an unexpected surprise. Went around 3/3:30 PM, on a Saturday afternoon.
I see alot of negative reviews but honestly we had a great time (no, I'm not being paid for this review lol) We came for the entertainment as the Allure band was playing and it was our 1st time actually being there. Food 10/10, service 10/10, atmosphere an entire vibe! Now it was loud but what do you expect with Live Entertainment and it is a GoGo band! Our waitress was awesome! We had a great time and plan to go back real soon! I hope my next experience is the same or even better!
Sitting here now trying to watch Game 1 of NBA Finals, Go Knicks!! Unfortunately, the service is absolutely terrible. Took forever to order, never got a refill, can’t pay. I see the servers socializing with themselves and what I assume are the regulars. Once I get the check, I’ll pay in cash just to avoid further delays. Update: Never got check, went to bar and had check printed and immediately paid and left.
Service is very slow especially the bar area. The hostess is too busy staring at slot machines. Always out of certain food. Only thing that is good is the garlic/parm wings. Pepsi sucks need to get coke products.
Giving one star because I cannot put 0. You seat yourself and battle it out for a table. We had to wave someone down 3x!! Each time we asked for menus and every time the lady returned she had no menu. Then no one ever returned. It’s like they purposely ignore you so you get up and leave and they don’t have to work. Never go here !
