The Playbook had potential, but the experience was frustrating overall. Live music and crowd energy were definitely the highlights – the band was fantastic and really kept the mood up. That’s where the good news ends. The service? Honestly, one of the worst I have experienced in a long time. We expected a wait to be seated, which was fine. But once we were in, it took 30 minutes just to get water, another long wait to place our order, and then 40+ minutes for basic food that was… fine at best – nothing special. Sports bar was closed during the big game. It would've been cool to mention it on the maps

Came here on a Saturday, which was the first day of college football season so my husband could watch football at the "sports" bar and I could check out the slots. The sports bar wasn't open, when we asked they said just go to the regular bar. When we asked about getting the Virginia Tech or Maryland games on the tvs at the bar, and the bar tender said she wasn't allowed to change the channels. MTV was on one tv and baseball was on two others. We just left, they clearly are not a sports bar....or helpful at all. Terrible.
