These people are atrocious. Months on end to get my son into this place, we got told that are insurance doesn’t pay or doesn’t pay well as they are in network. Lies, then they had him waitlisted to get OT, months, now that provider quit and sorry , so I’m not sure how long now. I will report this place, im disgusted with your unethical practices, and I’m reporting this owner to the board of medicine. Shame on you shame on you. Dr. Masterman will know how bad you treated us.
This place has been our second home! My son absolutely loves coming here for therapy. They make us feel like part of the family. We have seen so much progress in our son since we started. Would recommend to anyone!!
The Play Clinic is wonderful. The therapist are amazing. My daughter is attending for PT and feeding therapy and thriving. I would highly recommend Play Clinic.
My son has made so much progress after feeding therapy with Sirena! She is amazing with parent training and has taught me how to work around his feeding issues to ensure he is getting what he needs. We are so excited to start speech services with her soon!
First year of having my son seen was phenomenal. It was a beautiful experience. However there were a lot of changes made and things went downhill fast. My son was having in home visits for a bit and things were ok. But there was one day where everything went horrible. My son was seeing Serena for speech therapy and he does have issues regulating his emotions. He was seeing the occupational therapist Kelly to help navigate. Keely was amazing she took to cristisim very well and adjusted very quickly to our parenting techniques... read more
