What an absolute disappointment for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. I was so excited and spoke to the manager a couple days before to confirm party details (table cloth colors, pizza, arrival time, etc.). When we got there there was absolutely nothing set up and the front desk said they had no details for her party written down. The pizza was an hour late and when we spoke to the owner he blamed it on the sixteen year olds working and no organization.
