I would love to give 5 stars but can’t. This place is amazing and they have great drinks and pizza however, we ALWAYS have problems with bad behaved and these kids just happen to be the employees kids. As someone who comes here often, it’s an everytime occurrence. I have 4 kids and understand kids can fight and be rough but the employees toddlers are out of hand here. Today was my last straw. We’ve gone several times over the last few months and there is always one more thing broken or not working. They’re holding parts together with duct tape and zip ties. Beyond that safety aspect, can be very crowded with big kiddos running over top of smaller kids. There’s seems to be more of a focus on selling food rather than safety.
Toddlers loved it.
We absolutely loved this play café! My kids (5.5 and 1.5) had the best time. The pizza was a huge hit, and the whole environment was so fun and welcoming. My daughter could run, climb, and explore as much as she wanted, while my toddler was able to safely play thanks to everything being padded and thoughtfully set up. As a mom, I really appreciated how safe and well-designed it was for all ages. We’ll definitely be getting a membership so we can come back unlimited times.
