I truly wanted to love this place and it become a “regular” on our weekend outings but that won’t be the case. When we checked in, we told the girl we had never been there. She asked if we filled out the waiver, and I again said we had never been. She didn’t even give us the opportunity to ask questions. I had a birthday party this past Saturday for my twins, and I have nothing but great things to say about our hosts, Christa and her assistant Charlee! They went above and beyond to make our party amazing and made everyone feel so comfortable. Great place for the kids
We had the best time today! My 10 month old loved every minute & we stayed over 2 hours because she was having such a great time. We loved the designated “baby” area, but then she also enjoyed crawling and climbing all over. The admission price can’t be beat, the facility was clean, and the coffee was good. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Greenville.
We came here for the first time today. While the actual play place was fun for the kids, the staff were extremely rude. There were so many staff members just standing behind the counter when we entered, and I had to ask 3 times to be checked in and pay. They kept starting the process and then walking away. Then while my kids were playing, I witnessed the manager yelling at a couple kids for something that easily could’ve just been instructed.
