Bought a 2018 Honda Pilot from Honda Of Bellevue in WA state, and what attracted me was the lifetime warranty by this group, however, when my timing belt tensioner was starting to leak when did a mechanical check in 2025, this company declined any warranty coverage claiming it has to break to apply the lifetime warranty, which is bogus claim since it didn’t mention anything to that condition in my contract, and if it breaks then this will compromise the timing belt functionality and an engine failure may take place, which is... read more

I have had a warranty for 2 vehicles since 2016. One car when I had issues, there was a smooth process of the dealership processing the claim to fix my vehicle several times. But be warned , read your policy and understand the changes before you sign and pay for your warranty. The dealership that sold my vehicle and warranty said I'm covered and just pay the deductible based on mileage. But the truth was after 4 years, one section of the warranty expires, the best part ..... then the powertrain warranty kicks in and no claim... read more

I have called twice over things covered under my warranty. Both times I am taken to the same woman who is extremely rude and even said “don’t want you to waste your time over something you don’t have”. Talks over you and when you tell her that she has a tone gets very defensive. Very unprofessional people at plateau and just there to take your money not help in any way. I spent two days trying to reach someone about a claim to replace my car’s infotainment system. I was short on time and was about to go away for a 4-month trip (Army). They gave me the run around and wasted valuable time, I called over 10 times without resolve. I was told someone would call me. The company’s customer service is very poor. I highly DO NOT recommend this company.
