I went to the location in Marlton, NJ. My consult with the surgeon went well. Once my appointment concluded I was sent to meet with the surgeon’s scheduler who totally blew me off. This was the beginning of my nightmare. She refused to give me a chance to talk and then proceeded to say that this surgeon wasn’t in my insurance network. I attempted to tell her that I have out of network coverage but she refused to hear me while insisting and continuing to tell me that I must go to an in network provider which was a total lie. ... read more
