Very rude staff at the call center.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rejuvenate Skin Care in Granite Bay. I originally came in for laser treatments on my face, during my consultation Nurse Joanna Nelson (JoJo) noticed a small, suspicious lesion. She encouraged me to have it checked out by a dermatologist, I am forever grateful that she did. I had several phone call and exchanged multiple text messages with the patient Coordinator Samantha including detailed photos and description of my areas of concern that needed revision from poor prior plastic surgery. FYI this practice did review the photos, showed them ahead to the surgeon and agreed there was room for improvement by the surgeon and went ahead and scheduled me For an in person visit where they charged the $100 consultation fee. Have been going here for approx. 2 years now specifically to the skincare division. Cannot recommend this place enough! The nurses are great & professional and know what they’re doing! My skin changed for the better!
