What a gem to have in Green Bay! We stopped by after seeing this store from the street. You step into a beautiful studio with wonderful aromas and tons of plants in bloom. The woman helping us was so kind and we didn’t feel rushed. She also helped us understand how to take care of the plants we bought (and threw in a care card, too). First impression is the store is beautiful and the prices are reasonable. Customer service was very much lacking today as the girl working didn't acknowledge I even walked in, let alone make eye contact. The selection is pretty good but a lot of the same looking plants. First time in this store and I don't think I'll ever go back, unfortunately.
Wonderful experience. Nicky? a super nice and knowledgeable black haired woman, helped me with a few additions to our home. She greeted us with a big smile and showed us the layout of the store. She then offered to plant our few selections on pots with moss for a very minimal extra charge. Will be back soon!
Stunning arrangement delivered today, on time. Smells so great. Very unique and beautiful. Will definitely be a long-term customer.
