I placed my order, no info or updates for over a month. I emailed for an update and got no response. Now I'm getting an email to review a product I haven't received. This is an expensive purchase and I have no idea if I was scammed or if they just have bad customer service. ***update I've been told for a month and a half my order is shipping and it never does. 3 months and still nothing. Do not purchase from this company. Probably a scam****

Ordered a small in stock product over a month ago. Still no shipment. No response from their customer service team. I had to DM them on IG only for them to say “the resin is done and it looks amazing”. Then crickets. Never order online from them!
Beautiful, high-quality white orchid arrangement that looks even better in person. Elegant, modern, and very well done. Extremely happy with it and would absolutely order again
