I placed my order, no info or updates for over a month. I emailed for an update and got no response. Now I'm getting an email to review a product I haven't received. This is an expensive purchase and I have no idea if I was scammed or if they just have bad customer service.
Ordered a small in stock product over a month ago. Still no shipment. No response from their customer service team. I had to DM them on IG only for them to say “the resin is done and it looks amazing”. Then crickets. Never order online from them!
Beautiful, high-quality white orchid arrangement that looks even better in person. Elegant, modern, and very well done. Extremely happy with it and would absolutely order again
Still waiting for it to be delivered, been over 2 months. Reached out and inquired about my order, haven't had a response yet.
He is very knowledgeable about his plants. His plant are gorgeous and all looked great. I will be going there again again...😊
