When trying to set up an account, V. Kelly was extremely rude and unhelpful. I sent over the necessary documents as Iowa does not give out a resale certificate number, just a form you fill out (which I did). I tried to explain this to her and she proceeded to interrupt me to say I was incorrect. I tried asking what was needed to remedy and she continued to be rude with me.
