Using The Plant Factory as my primary wholesaler has been the best investment I've made. Nick, Venita, Denny and the rest of the team are phenomenal folks. When trying to set up an account, V. Kelly was extremely rude and unhelpful. I sent over the necessary documents as Iowa does not give out a resale certificate number, just a form you fill out (which I did). I tried to explain this to her and she proceeded to interrupt me to say I was incorrect. I tried asking what was needed to remedy and she continued to be rude with me.
