I began experiencing a problem with my brand spanking new trailer. I brought it to the guys who used to service my vehicles, who swore to me it was a truck problem and not a trailer problem, and wouldn't even check it. On a lark I saw that The Plains Trailer Repair had good reviews, so I figured I'd tootle in for a second opinion. Bill had my problem diagnosed in about 30 seconds, and solved in about five minutes. He couldn't have been nicer or more respectful. Guess we have a new trailer guy! Thank you!!
Responsive, honest, completed all items within the timeframe discussed, and made the trailer sparkly clean. Oh, and friendly! If you are looking for a place to take your trailer - this place is top notch. Will definitely use them again.

This shop is simply the best, Bill is wonderful, and he got me back on the road in record time. When you get the invoice you will be grateful that this shop has integrity, no crazy inflated pricing here, you will feel like it is Christmas morning! If you have an axle, this is the place to go, went in for an axle and a couple tires, the trailer came back with everything fixed, it was like brand new. The best!
Took a utility trailer in for numerous issues. The staff was prompt in responding, made the needed repairs along with the state inspection which I completely forgot about. Extremely knowledgeable folks there and I highly recommend them to anyone with a trailer. Give them a call.
