Great places to stay when in Gunnedah. Clean and spacious. And the Manager is Friendly and and informed us of places to eat and visit
The manager was aggressive, rude and impatient. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or if he is always like that but he hung up on me so I had to reach out to booking.com to resolve the issues. They have all of the details on file. The location was good and the room was clean. I’ve been booking through booking.com for ten years in many parts of Australia and overseas without any issues until now. I hope the manager uses my feedback to improve how he treats customers in future.
Just! Hosts were beautiful, location is perfect. Good for a 1 night stay.
It’s rare for me to leave a bad review but I was very disappointed how this went down.. I booked last week a king bed room directly to the plains motor inn website.. We arrived and was charge the full king bed room rate which was fine until I entered the room to find it wasn’t a king room it was definitely a downgrade double and single.. went back spoke to the guy running the place and he said oh sorry we don’t have any kings left, not sure why it showed available online but I though you could just use the single for more ro... read more
UPSIDE Location: central to town and especially to the nearby Railway Hotel which is brilliant for dinner. Very generous sized rooms with comfy beds Price fits the offering DOWNSIDE A very 70s bathroom Listening to the people in the next room through the wall The back door opening onto a store yard for kitchen sinks and the front door opening onto a view of Woollies
