I have had the pleasure to meet Dave to work on my gas operated fireplace and let me tell you he is super polite and very professional. I had many problems with my older fireplace and he and the team at the place fixed me up. I am so happy that I decided to use this company. I just can not say enough about Dave and his skills also the company. If you choose someone else to work on your fireplace I feel sorry for you.
I just purchased a new Spa from the Place in Medina. Donerae was amazing to work with, in helping me find the perfect spa for my needs. Shawn helped to coordinate my trade in. Joe personally came to assess my yard for the care and logistics of the delivery. David, Charles and Michael did an excellent job removing the trade-in and delivering and installing my wonderful new Coast Spa Duoscape.
Bought our Coast spa here 5 years ago from Rex after shopping for 6 months. Drove an hour because it was well worth it. The staff is fantastic. Came back today for a few odds and ends to help revitalize our spa and the crew was very helpful. Tom answered all 8 of my questions and sent me to Bob in the parts area and he was just a font of knowledge. I couldn’t be more pleased and recommend The Place to anyone looking for a hot tub, swimspa or fireplace.
Great experience buying from them, amazing service, good prices, they offer a hot tub class to learn about water care, and the staff are just very thoughtful and caring every time I'm there. Highly recommend!
