I highly recommend them for hot tub service and supply. Heather in the service department is very knowledgeable and operates the sales angle in a very honest way. Between her and others I have talked to in-store, all your questions and recommendations will be answered. They supply all you need to perform daily maintenance. The showroom is an awesome environment to be in as well. Don't go in there unless you want to be the next person who is hooked on hot tubs.
They were extremely helpful picking out a hot tub. I am excited to get it. Hopefully they help me along the way. My sales guy said they send you to a class on how to take care of the hot tub. I thought that was great . The guy in there knows his shit when it comes to hot tubs. Huge selection
We had the best experience picking out, purchasing and receiving our spa. The Staff is so helpful & pleasant. Zero stress on delivery & set-up day. Our experience has been better than we even expected. Our spa has helped me tremendously with some aches and pains I was having, and I feel so relaxed when we get out.
Joe at The Place gave me wonderful service from start to finish. He explained all the pros and cons of different options so I could make an informed decision. He also gave me the best price that I found anywhere. I would definiely recommend The Place and plan to upgrade my other patio furniture with them in the future.
We bought a beautiful Spa, but as soon as you have a problem, specifically with a leak, do not expect any help!!
