Place to bead The store is very nice and the people who work there are friendly. They have nice merchandise and some unusual pieces. It's a good place to go for a fill in bead or finding. But the prices are very high and I don't think of this store as a place to go to stock up on beads.
The place to be If you're looking for a creative diversion, this is the place to be. The selection of beads is huge and you'll forget how much time has passed after browsing through everything this place has to offer. I always come here when I need a quick gift for someone, or when people are visiting from out of town because it's such a unique, creative experience. Don't worry if you feel like you don't have an artsy bone in your body, the staff are very helpful and are always willing to provide their two cents.
fantastic selection If you are into beads this place will draw you to it like a clip to a magnet. It's in a quaint shop right next to Village Silver in downtown Princeton. My friend loves to make jewelry and she finds herself at The Place to Bead at least once a month, so she can perk up her bead selection. Selection is definitely the best part of this store. The prices are high but they probably have the best, widest selection of beads in the area.
Overpriced The bead selection is very nice with many unique strands. However, the prices are very high. This is not a place to stock up on quantity of beads or findings. The staff was not very friendly. The salesgirl rushed me out of the store when I was trying to make a small purchase at the end of the day. I will not be going back there.
