Dave & Andy from The Place did a excellent job on installing my fireplace glass doors. They came on time! They were very professional and knowledgeable. They check out my insert to see if it is operating properly. It was a pleasure dealing with them. they are a great asset to The Place. Thank you, Dave & Andy, for Great Job.

Heather told you that normally happens due to out-of-balance or acidic water and it is not a defect in the product but we don't make the call, the manufacturer does. RecommendedI bought a pellet stove for our basement from The Place (complicated install) and, more recently, a wood-burning stove for our living room. You pay a reasonable price for a quality product and installation, and it's worth it. I was more-than-happy with the result both times. Tim is always a pleasure to work with, and the installers are really good at what they do: fast, skilled, and very good at dealing with unanticipated issues. They get it right. If I need a third stove, I'll definitely go back to The Place. No question.
We bought a new hot tub from The Place last week! The sales staff is awesome, as well as the delivery team, parts/supplies department, and the training on how to take care of it! We had a very pleasant experience! Thank you!
We bought a fireplace and Coast Spas hot tub from The Place. The staff and installers were very friendly, easy to work with, and professional. I don't know which I like better, the gas fireplace or the hot tub. They are both awesome! I've never owned a hot tub, I called The Place a few times with questions about chemicals, and they have been able to answer every question I've had. I would definitely recommend this store!

Wonderful caring staff, a fireplace upgrade led to a discovery of mold and major repair issues on the chimney. Tim and the installer stood by us to get this catastrophic issue fixed in record time. We are so happy with our gas fireplace, 2nd winter was better than the first. 100% recommendation. Shop local, you won't regret working with them.
We recently purchased a 16ft Hydropool swim spa and couldn't be any happier! We absolutely love it and use it everyday!! Our excellent sales rep Tom was very informative prior to our purchase and is still so very helpful!! If you haven't ever seen their showroom, you should take the time and do so! It's packed and you won't be disappointed! Excellent place and excellent experience!!
