I keep reading these reviews about how kind the staff is at Pixel. You know what, there is one guy there, who both my wife and I have encountered multiple times, who is a complete, lazy, condescending prick of a person. He has never once asked if I needed help in the store and when I asked him about a remote trigger for a camera that he admitted owning as well, grabbed the wrong one off of the shelf, and sold it to me. purchased a camera lens online and paid for the "super fast shipping". 3 days later i decided to check the product tracking on their site. Lo and behold the order is 'On Hold'. How hard is it to email or make a phone call to your customers advising them of whatever issue is holding up their order? Still waiting....
