Sat. June 6, 2026 - Drove in from Roanoke to try the new Pita Co shop in the quaint town of Bedford VA. Open at 12 Noon, the shop was tiny. The young lady behind the counter (the sole employee) was polite and efficient. The counter and eating area was clean, the pressed sheet steel tables & chairs were new and brightly painted. We hoped for brunch but they only had some cooked bacon in a plastic bag, no grille, so no sausage or eggs or coffee! I ordered a BLT on sourdough toast - heated. The location at the mall is always great! This location is hit or miss for me. The past few times my pita pocket has been torn all the way through which is impossible to eat, so it's been disappointing. The ratios also seem off. I think it's just a staff issue though because it's been the same man recently and I've been getting pretty unfilled pockets with weird arrangement
First time visit today. Picked up 3 pitas for me and my grandparents. All 3 of us loved them. We will definitely be back
