After checking multiple times online, About staffed hours, day passes, and driving 45 minutes. Gym was locked, when I called, I was told no staff was there and to come back. Don't waste your time.
Great gym! For the little time I trained here, the owners cater to their members and a good environment.
My Fiancé called ahead of time and spoke to an employee about the day pass. But when we arrived we could not get anyone to let us in or respond . Here tried calling three times knocked on the door. This place has 4 entrances and none were open.
Incredible facility for powerlifting. All the equipment you could want, plenty of spaces (even when it's busy), and a clearly knowledgeable staff made lifting at this gym a pretty special experience. This gym has plenty of combo racks, deadlift platforms, racks with heavy duty spotter arms, a great selection of standard and specialty barbells, calibrated plates, GHD, reverse hyper, and belt squat. I wish every gym was this awesome!
