Company I work for picked the Pit to cater an event. "Italian" cuisine. They showed up with a warming tray of water logged linguine, a trough of chicken alfredo and meatballs in marinara. Everything clearly came out of a can or jar, frozen meatballs.. Alfredo was like Elmer's glue, zero seasoning.

WOW! We had our company christmas party here and it was AWESOME!!! DELICIOUS!!! Prime Rib Au Jus, cooked perfectly, and SO flavorful. 10 STARS ALL DAY LONG!!!
