We were traveling to Disney and need a place for the BigFella to workout prior to his pro-day when he returned to school. The Pit Athletics not only was quick to respond to our request but Marla and Sean we amazingly kind, helpful and committed to our needs. The people who workout at The Pit Athletics have bonded like family and welcome you in. No better place to meet your athletic or fitness needs.
I’ve been going to The Pit for 5 years now, and I can honestly say it feels like family. Coach Sean has created such a welcoming, supportive space where everyone feels seen and encouraged. He truly cares about each person’s progress — whether you’re just starting out or have been doing CrossFit for years, he meets you where you are and helps you grow.
