My brother needed to go into assisted living. When I visited The Piper I got to talk to 3 people who would be in charge of his care. I was impressed that i could just walk in without an appointment and not only talk to, but take a tour. I am suspicious when I have to have an appointment. With my mother was diagnosed with Dementia and a stroke. It was time to find an assisted living facility. We visited many assisted living facilities and were stressed about picking one. After visiting The Piper we felt like home. My mother feels safe here and enjoys all the activities. The staff does a great job caring for their residents. Ramona, Raven, Kristy and David (maintenance man) are invaluable employees to The Piper!!!
The Piper couldn’t be more accommodating. The staff is excellent, caring, professional and quick to listen. We would be an example of someone not wanting to be in a care facility, but my dad has adapted and settled in and succeeding. The facility is very clean, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. BTW, we have known upwards of 20 people that have come through The Piper in their life journey and all have been satisfied. We are safe now. I sincerely want to thank you all!
I love the Piper!! It is so easy to work with Kristie from a third party vendor position! The staff at the building are so kind and attentive!
