Seems like my experience has been very similar to others. I would never hire this company! They were contracted through First American, my warranty company, and did a terrible job and had terrible service. The tech who came seemed very inexperienced and didn't listen to us when we explained the problems we're having. Believe the reviews. Tried using them for our home warranty claim and they were terrible and unresponsive.
UPDATE: I did get a 2nd opinion and then escalated my claim to First American showing that the existing faucets didn't need "modification" but needed a new cartridge which is a repair. First American reviewed and approved the payment to my 2nd opinion to repair my faucet. NEVER USE PIPEDOCTOR 24-7! THEY QUOTED $1000 TO CHANGE 2 BATHROOM FAUCETS NOT INCLUDING THE FAUCETS! A handyman will install a faucet for $50.00 - $100 each if you provide the faucet. Home warranty sent PipeDoctor 24-7 to stop my leak, he didn't stop my lea... read more
WORST PLUMBING SERVICE! You are better off on Craigslist. Book you 3 weeks to month out, then don’t show. The MOST UNPLEASANT and RUDE phone receptionists. Will go out of my way to help people to avoid this “company.” Worst experience ever
Almost caused multiple accidents on the highway with their unhinged driving…maybe don’t cut people off and drive aggressively in the company car.
