1 Star is too much for this company - please avoid. Abandoned a leaking pipe and said another technician needs to come out to fix this... Provided no timeline and was unreachable following the visit. Called another plumbing company who diagnosed the problem quickly. Pipe Doctor/Scammer team was not interested in fixing as it required a part replacement (covered in Home Warranty plan). THEY QUOTED $1000 TO CHANGE 2 BATHROOM FAUCETS NOT INCLUDING THE FAUCETS! A handyman will install a faucet for $50.00 - $100 each if you provide the faucet. Home warranty sent PipeDoctor 24-7 to stop my leak, he didn't stop my leak, he couldn't get the faucet off and told the Home Warranty the pipes needed "modification" which is not true so they denied the claim because "modifications" are not covered.
