Well goodness, it seems like we are just stating what’s already been stated by others at this point. Wish we would have seen the other reviews first. We were assigned this company through First American. We had water leaking into our master bathroom. We submitted the claim on a Monday. This company said they couldn’t come out until Wednesday even after we explained that we had water leaking into our home that wouldn’t stop. The plumber came out. He was not friendly. If your warranty send this company out, please refuse them. Request someone else. The guy came, looked at my tankless and said he wasn't too familiar with tankless water heaters. I wish I would have looked on google and requested someone else before allow them in my home. I couldn't shut the door on this dude to leave fast enough. Please heed my warning and allow them to touch anything in your home at your own risk.
I woke up to a weird dripping sound coming from the bathroom, only to discover a slow leak from the toilet base. I thought it was something huge, but the repair guy checked it and fixed a loose seal in no time. The bathroom finally feels normal again.
If I could give 0 stars I would! This is the absolute worst plumbing company ever! The guy came out, claimed he fixed the issue and he didn't! Nothing is functioning properly! Due to me going through my warranty company I have to do a recall which is absolutely inconvenient and negative! The issue should have been fixed the first time! Scheduling is absolutely ridiculous! I am continuously rescheduled! I wish I had SWAT Plumbing! They fix things the first time!
My toilet was leaking continuously. The plumber arrived on time, replaced the faulty seal, and ensured everything worked perfectly. He also explained preventive maintenance steps clearly. Skilled, professional, and very reliable. I highly recommend his plumbing services.
