Trisha and her crew replaced the pipes around our foundation. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of this company. I’ve recently had a lot of contractor work inside and outside my home and, this job was one of the least stressful. The price was fair, the work was done exactly as promised. They showed up on time, work site was left clean and safe every day and, everything was put back in place at completion. I highly recommend The Pipe Doctor!

We needed a sewer drain access installed outside of our home to prepare for a necessary hydrojetting job. The communication for scheduling was clear and straightforward, and the actual work was completed very fast. Installing the access point was the final piece we needed, and their speed allowed us to have our sewer line hydrojetted successfully just three days after our initial attempt failed due to a lack of exterior access. Highly recommend The Pipe Doctor for their efficiency and professional service

Be careful with this company. Our bathroom backed up, and I called for help. Trisha quoted $800–$900 for hydro jetting. I agreed out of urgency. While I was at work, she came and claimed to have cleared the line, but it clogged again shortly after. She then said we needed a new exterior clean-out, 9 feet deep, involving concrete removal—for $7,500. No written estimate or email was ever sent, despite her saying she would. My Issue: If you contract Trisha and the Pipe Doctor, do NOT make the same mistake as me: Do NOT pay Trisha until she gives final invoice or you will be ghosted. I am not the first one who has experienced this with Trisha. See reviews below from "Monika T" and "Jessica Niemi." I hate that I have to write a negative review for Trisha, but I've been in contact for her for almost 3 months now to try to get an final invoice/receipt. Second update March 7: I’ve received a refund and have adjusted my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.
