My Issue: If you contract Trisha and the Pipe Doctor, do NOT make the same mistake as me: Do NOT pay Trisha until she gives final invoice or you will be ghosted. I am not the first one who has experienced this with Trisha. See reviews below from "Monika T" and "Jessica Niemi." Second update March 7: I’ve received a refund and have adjusted my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Be careful you get everything you need from her before you pay! We hired Trish to reline our ancient clay sewer pipe that’s been backing up frequently into our basement. Her team got it done quickly, ended up fixing part of our gutter drainage as well, and we haven’t had any problems so far. She was communicative and great to work with during the project. WOW !! wow! wow!!! Trisha was amazing! Totally knows what she is doing! She hydro jetted the side sewer here (with a camera) and cleared with line quickly, effectively and at a fair price. Reliable, competent, honest ( and a very nice person). I will be recommending her.
Trisha set up an appointment and ghosted on me. She wasted two hours of my time.
