Last year (pre-covid) I invested with the PIP group leveraging my SDIRA to fund a fix and flip project. Invested $33K in 2015. So far my NET LOSS is about $13K. Fees have been more than % return I’ve gained on tax liens. Just waiting for last 5 to redeem so I can be done. Definitely Not the return I expected!😞 My last parcel redeemed in Oct 2019, the check was cut Feb 2020. & mailed to me Aug 2020. The bank would not honor check for being too old so I have to get a new one reissued.
