My experience at this building started off on a positive note, but unfortunately, it quickly went downhill. What management doesn’t openly disclose is that the building is undergoing major structural issues — specifically, the foundation is sinking, and an extensive, multi-phase construction project is underway to address it. This has been a fantastic place to live! The management team is excellent always responsive, helpful, and professional. The move-out process was stress-free, with all charges clearly explained and completely reasonable. We’re sad to be leaving the area, but we would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.
My move-in experience at The Pioneer has been wonderful! Abby, the leasing agent, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made everything so smooth. On move-in day, I picked up my keys with Brenda she was fantastic, very informative, and went above and beyond to assist with packages and get us set up with parking. The staff here is lovely and accommodating. The property is beautiful and well maintained. You are updated of any changes in advance and kept up to date on various community events they are having. Moving in was made easier by the front desk staff and helped us with any issues we had. The neighbourhood is okay and has a plaza nearby and buses as well as commuter rail. The city and airport are less than 20 minutes away.

The building is not only beautiful and modern, but it’s also packed with top-notch amenities that really elevate everyday living.
