We went after new years and it wasn't crowded at all, but it was cold. It was definitely better than expected! The displays were great. There were some lights not working on some of the props which was disappointing. Didn't visit the area with the skating rink. We'll try that next time. Looked exciting tho.
It was nice the kids loved it. I liked the part when we went on the race track
So the lights were amazing as always. What ruined the trip was I was given vendor tickets for my kids to ride as a nice gesture. We let our children go get on the ride and when we went to hand him the tickets he said "we're not affiliated with them". He was very rude not only to my husband but my children as well. After that I won't buy a ticket for any of the rides. You all should teach your employees how to talk to customers especially children. Also how do you have tickets that are honored
