The Pinnacle Group recently replaced our siding. From start to finish, they were wonderful to work with. The sales staff were straight-forward, took time to answer all my (admittedly numerous) questions with patience, and were not pushy. Had these guys install Solar on my house and it is fantastic! Everything was great from start to finish.
Previously worked here, training is subpar. They promise everyone management positions but there’s no extra pay or any training for it. Also the owner loves to gossip about everyone and about the females. Sometimes the higher ups come in hungover and just sleep on the couches. They don’t pay their employees after you leave they just take your pay. Also terrible money management can barely get the supplies to do jobs. Highly recommend not working here and definitely not using them for any of your home improvement needs
Awful service done to my tiles. Staff look overworked and complained about risky management. Seemed as though there was a disconnect between employer and their work force which left my home in shambles. Never again!
