I would like to share a deeply upsetting and humiliating experience I had at the Pinnacle condominium in Sunny Isles. The treatment I received from the valet staff and management was not only rude but also disrespectful. Specifically, Mr. Christian Gomez, the management representative, Juan, the valet attendant, and Elani, the assistant manager, were all unprofessional and unpleasant.
