Vulgar talk. Withheld flooring from me. Wouldn't come to the job site until near dark. Made threats to lien my house because he not doing his job and was fired. Had me with out power in my bedroom for days . Only did one room but didnt put molding back or clean up Tore up a 700 dollars security screen door. Very argumentative. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your money....warning...

I’ve always used Daniel for all of my property management projects and he’s 110% on top of his game. Very qualified, licensed, insured, and bonded. I would recommend him any day. Thanks Pink House for being so professional and well maintained.
Do not trust this business. It's not an actual business. It's just a methed out crackhead pretending he has a license. I know this because unfortunately he is my father. I have not used his services nor would I ever be stupid enough to do so. I am leaving this review to warn any potential customers that might be considering hiring him. If he has an opportunity he will steal valuables and money from you. Just recently I received a call that he cashed a fake check in my wifes name after stealing a copy of her driver's license ... read more
