Used their services for the first time since they used to be Midway Services and now am being bombarded by spam texts and calls asking for me by name asking if I’m wanting a roof replacement, home repairs, home insurance, etc. DAILY. None of this happened until I used their services. Pretty obvious this new “national” private equity owned company who bought out midway is selling customer data for marketing and advertising purposes. The tech was excellent and very pleasant. My needs were meet to my satisfaction with one exception. I specifically told them I had no need for a sales rep yet one appeared at the appointment. He spoke with the technician but didn’t try to sale me on a new system. I was not excited that after telling them “no sales rep” he showed up anyway.
