Mike Mouzone not only put up with my noisy barking dog but he went out of his way to make sure I wasn’t with out light since I have epilepsy. I only called in for a service in my kitchen but he was able to fix my laundry room light also. Kudos to the Best Service Technician. Granted I’m waiting for kitchen light to be installed but I have all ideas it will be AMAZING!
Mike came out about our electrical problem & throughly explained what was going on. He fixed everything & went over what he did before & again after he fixed it! Great guy! I slipped & fell while Mike was here. Bless his heart he helped me up. Yeah! I'm ok & so is my electrical home system! Thank you Mike! I also had plumbing issues & Izley came yesterday & today for the plumbing. He replaced the water heater & did a great job! The technician was knowledgeable and friendly however, the prices are outrageous! All I needed was my thermostat replaced with the same exact unit and they quoted $975! You can buy the same unit on Amazon for $150. I can’t recommend based on that. I will be calling another company.
