This revises a previous review. I've been a customer of Midway Services for 10 years, and have been more than satisfied. This changed with the most recent visit because of difficulty in dealing with the office. It took several tries (message and phone) to figure out that "Service Experts..." is the same business as Midway, to schedule an appointment, and to receive a change in appointment time initiated from the office. these clowns slam dunked me into signing a lease for my HVAC and hot water heater. I signed the paper not knowing that I was signing a lease because I was not aware that leases were an option. The salesman did not say anything about leasing at all. What I thought he was selling me was a purchase contract with a service contract included. Not so. I'm still fighting with them five years later.

Shop around, dont use them. Had a SE plumber come out for a hot water heater estimate. The pricing is ridiculous. Almost $4k for a water heater. I asked what the breakdown between labor and equipment, and was told "cant say, its just one price..." The other option is to pay $64 per month for TEN YEARS! That's the same water heater for about $8k! Couldn't tell me the brand of heater or show anything about it, just that its "commercial" so its much better than anything else.
