I should have read other reviews before I tried this groomer! The older lady gave me a price of for an in and out grooming of $65 for our 28 lb. dog; when I picked her up she up-charged me $30 more. Looking at other reviews she seems to do this on a regular basis. I'm guessing she doesn't need the business!!! We've never paid an extra $30 for an in and out grooming; the most we've paid for our dog is $50. Lesson learned & BEWARE!!!
