Love this store!! The people here could not be nicer or more helpful.
Just got my new Lilly Dress today. It was a sold out print that I could only find here. I loved the hand written note and personal touch customer service. From now on I will buy my Lilly items from here as well as supporting a TN business! Thank you Pink Door ladies from East TN!

I ordered a dress online from The Pink Door that they clearly had in stock. The next day I get an email stating that they're holding the dress for someone who is picking it up not that day, but later in the week. They redirected me to another store which had the dress in stock but had $10 shipping associated with it! Keep in mind that they currently have the dress in stock (and I bought from them because they do offer free shipping above $98). Really disappointed with the service I've recieved.

I love The Pink Door! I have always had great success shopping the Julilly sale and avoiding the rush on the Lilly corporate site. They are always so kind and understanding and do everything they can to make their customers happy!
