I went to Harley for a brow lamination, tint, and wax, and the experience was fantastic. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted, but she patiently walked me through the process and offered expert advice tailored to my brows. She is incredibly gentle and meticulous with her technique. The results are phenomenal—my brows have never looked so perfectly shaped and full. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a brow expert!
