First of all, this wasn’t my first time going to The Pink Chandelier, but this was by far the worse experience ever. No one acknowledged me when I walked in, no one asked if I needed any help and after I purchased a few items there was no “thank you”, have a good day” or “come back and see us”!!!! I can't believe I read so many bad reviews about the Beaumont store having terrible customer service.. everytime I've been in the Beaumont store I always felt so welcomed and invited. I think Sydnie is the absolute sweetest and Jordee is my favorite she is so amazing at her job.. I usually shop online or at the Orange location, where there too is an absolute joy, I love Caitlyn who works at that location as well as all of the others.. I am a huge supporter of the local boutiques here in Beaumont but after my second visit to this one today I will NOT be back. No customer service whatsoever. I walk into an empty store, and the sales associate looked up at me then back down. I walked around for a few minutes, looking through a few tops, then left. Absolutely no "hello", no, "how can I help you" and no "goodbye" or "have a nice day" on my way out. Second visit, same exact experience!!! Sad. Sad. Sad.
