Very nice picnic spot but busy. Parking a nightmare. Lovely view. All BBQs were taken would recommend taking traditional picnic or get there early morning.
epic views wherever you go to sit down/walk. those of the city are normally full with people sitting in the spots but looking south is a great alternative.
I love kings park. The pines area is one of the best for picnicing spots with BBQ and wonderful city views
