The pool is never open, the front office staff will tell you anything to get you on your way, the maintenance is beyond slow (if they show up), the roaches run the place, trash is always all over the place, the parking lot is full of man size potholes, the gate is always broken, no cameras in the package room (as advertised) and that's only to name a few things. Ms.Anna is phenomenal. She has the best patience I have seen working in business not only her Patience. Her attitude is phenomenal as well. All teams across the board had a great move-in process and smooth.
No issues since i have been here. The office staff is friendly. I am always to get my questions answered or maintenance problems fixed. Thank you all
