Wonderful place to stay good atmosphere
I moved into these apartments right before the middle of the month, Anna was such a big help & so kind, definitely enjoyed her assistance! Unfortunately, my experience has been somewhat frustrating ever since. I've submitted multiple work orders-specifically for low water pressure in the kitchen sink- but nothing has been resolved. What's even more concerning is that the requests keep getting marked as "completed," even though no one has come by or communicated anything with me. How do I get my dishwasher replaced? I moved in May and notified May 17, 2025 that the dishwasher was not working got told about a week and no replacement. I got a closed ticket of completion it’s now August 19, 2025 and I was told a week and I should be good. It’s been 2 weeks and I still don’t have a working dishwasher. I’m a working mom and would just like to know what did I have to do to get a working dishwasher!!? I will have to say I really miss the old managements because they were more approachable and easier to talk to. They always say give credit where credit is due and I think it's fair to say Anna Perez has been nothing but exceptional with all my concerns. She always willing to help without making you feel uncomfortable in the office. I wish there were more people like her in the office, it's so unfortunate Brendon left because he was so friendly and welcoming which is something every tenants desires.
