The new management and Miss Ana from the Leasing Office are the best.
Recently moved in so I have a good feel on my rate. 5 stars to Anna for helping me throughout my leasing process. She is extremely helpful, super sweet as well as Candice and Brandon. I am in love with my apartment. It’s spacious and it is very tranquil, calm and quiet. I expect to see bugs here and there due to the fact that I’m right next to the trash and surrounded by a bunch of trees. My only con is the maintenance team. 6/2025: The roach infestation is ridiculous. No matter how many times we call pest control. Neighbors are still disgusting. Pool is closed. Car wash and vacuum is broken with wires hanging out. Gates never work, no matter how many people come to fix it. People get their cars vandalized.
