Wonderful quiet place to live. No flash no glamor no amenities.
Nice duplex but leasing agent and maintenance would come in without notice or knocking. I am not lying. No maintenance need either. There was not a chain lock. I put up a 2 x 4 at the front door and it didnt happen again. I would not lease from what was then Security Leasing, again.
Visited someone who lives here. Apartments tucked behind trees so balloons at the entrance. Appears to be an older complex & the setup looks more like duplexes (at least in the front). This was a one bedroom. Living, dining, & kitchen next to each other, but a wall separates the areas. Bedroom is very spacious with closet & bathroom. Only one bathroom so guest would have to go in bedroom. Outside is plain but neat & clean. Not bad at all, just depends on what you're looking for.

The location is fabulous...it's close to beautiful parks for hiking/walking as well as city night life. Also, the prices are reasonable for the location. The property managers work as a team & this is important if there are any concerns.
