We rented a unit and prepaid for 3 months. The facility did not remove the lock from the unit for over two weeks and we were not able to gain access. Repeated calls and visit to the office, no one returned our calls and no one was at the office during office hours. This seems to be a reoccurring issue with this business.

I attempted to stay there for a couple months and left after a couple weeks. I couldn't find an employee or get anyone to answer the phone. No answer at the parent company either after trying every single day for 3 weeks.
