They raise the rent without justification when they notify you, every year now. They have their own water treatment plant which they keep saying is the reason for the raise in rent, when you ask them. When does it end & where's the cap?? There's no pool or club house or really much of a playground(s) to justify their increases. I was told this was a 55+ community only when I moved here in 2008, that's not true anymore, young families are moving in. They aren't separated from the 55+ folks. Time has changed that I guess cause it's all about the $$. The water, sewage, garbage and snow plow (roads only) are included in lot rent($451), however don't drink the water. I use to come here on and off as a teenager when my dad first moved here from Collegeville. I've been around here for a handful of years during the weekends and most of the summer times. The whole area is pretty nice and quiet as long as nobody is making too much noise. If you ever go out for walks by yourself or with a pet you gotta stay on the side of the road because other residents might be driving in to return home or out to leave the area.
