Nice and roomy accommodations
I set up after hours check in. I arrive at 1 am (my planned time) and the lock box isn't working/the batteries seem to have died. I call the call center number and they start trying to contact the on call workers. They then escalate to calling every single worker available including the manager and assistant manager! No one is answering to get me and my TODDLERS a room key to get in. It's almost 3 am and they STILL haven't gotten ahold of anyone after MANY attempts to reach an on call person!
