I must say l was visiting my relative and was staying for lunch, to start with the soup was nice but roll was very hard. The main course well the meat was ok roast potatoes where not cook the veg well it was cold, and it was only 2 small bits of broccoli storks. Pudding very nice well you can not go wrong with ice cream but yes because someone said they's was in a hot dish. I do think that manager needs to listen to the residence.

Was very impressed by the very high standards at The Pines'. Facilities for residents are first class , lots of different activities available and very well kept attractive gardens. The individual apartments are spacious, well fitted , very bright and well maintained. The whole building is very clean, bright and has a very good atmosphere. The staff are extremely pleasant and attentive to the residents. The manager, Shirley was very helpful and welcoming and obviously takes great pride in her work. We are treated like children, but the flats are beautiful and Have plenty of space to live in, but it's more of a care home than lnderpend living, it's gone down hill, it's not the same when I moved in we had a laugh, one of the office staff works does her very best to in cheering us up with her activities.
