My wife’s parents are residents at your Champions Gate location. They are both going through some serious medical situations. My wife needs to coordinate with the nurses and manager but no one ever returns calls. We urgently need help and would like assistance

RecommendedGreat place for your aging loved ones. Safe, friendly, great staff, great facility. My Mother loves it, and so do I. I enjoy visiting her, prior to the virus. Had many great meals in the Cafe and dining room. Thank you to all the staff for everything they do for each of the residents. You have earned your wings!

RecommendedMy mother has been a resident for 9 months. During that time, she has been through the flu season and stomach virus season. When necessary, RH asked residents to stay in their rooms for a few days and their meals were delivered to them. This kept them safe and minimized the spread. They are not allowing the residents to come out of their apartments. If they do they will be locked out until the Clovis 19 is over... older people need to move daily.. just not when you say it’s ok for them to move... this place sucks...
